Notice of Suspension of Free Dental Treatment Project for Refugee Applicants
鶴見大学歯学部附属病院では、これまで難民申請者の方々を対象とした無料歯科治療を実施してまいりましたが、2026年4月より、当面の間、本活動を休止することとなりました。
Tsurumi University Dental Hospital has provided free dental treatment to refugee applicants. However, starting in April 2026, this program will be suspended for the time being.
■休止の理由
当院の現在の診療体制を踏まえ、通常診療の維持を最優先とせざるを得ない状況となっております。
また、難民申請者の方々から寄せられるご相談や治療に関するニーズが多様になり、個別の状況に応じた丁寧な対応がこれまで以上に求められるようになっております。こうした背景から、限られた体制の中では十分な支援を継続することが難しいと判断し、今回の休止を決定いたしました。
■Reasons for Suspension
Given our current operational capacity, we must prioritize maintaining regular medical services above all else.
Furthermore, the diverse needs expressed by asylum seekers regarding consultations and treatment require more attentive, individualized care than ever before. Against this backdrop, we have determined that continuing adequate support within our limited resources is difficult, leading to this decision to suspend services.

現在、治療中の患者様につきましては、治療が完了するまでこれまでどおり対応いたします。
■Regarding Patients Currently Undergoing Treatment
For patients currently undergoing treatment, we will continue to provide care as usual until their treatment is completed.
